Knoldus is a learning first organization. We have a leaderboard to measure and monitor the learning of Knolders

Other things to work on

• Dedicate a training budget for Knolders. This can be used for books, training courses, certifications

• Certification policy and certification motivation already exists

• Encourage Knolders to attend at least one conference a year and make sure that they share their learnings with the entire Knoldus

• OKRs to focus on knowledge sharing capabilities like blogs, webinars, os contributions etc

• Set up internal Knoldus hack days like KodeKombats
