Scrum Ceremonies

The following are the scrum ceremonies that the Knoldus team follows:

Iterations for Sprint

• 1-4 week-long.

• Aligned with monthly releases.

Estimates

• Expressed in Fibonacci story points, based on complexity and relative size of an epic/task

• Derived by the team.

• Not revised mid-iteration

Rules

• The Scrum team will not include any task into a current sprint if there will be no proper description and acceptance criteria if it’s a sprint goal also.

• After the 6-7 days of a current sprint, the scrum team will not pick any task into the current sprint. It used to affect the sprint velocity of the Scrum team.
